If you're talking about the Enforcer, that's also completely different.
I dunno the name of the truck irl but it's like one of those 1980/90's NYPD SWAT trucks.

The SWAT truck is completely different.
It's pretty much the Rhino resized and given a fancy new coat of paint, it also shoots water instead of rockets. It's a bit of a firetruck-like tank.

I don't know why Rockstar named it FBI truck, but put the POLICE, SAPD marking and logo on the truck :(
