@HistoricHippos really, it didnt help. i want the MANUAL download link. not the Steam Workshop link. I want to manually transfer the files on my windows7 computer, yet i dont know where they are, so i would really apppreciate if you tell me a place where i could look or give me the manual download link.

Try the Steam Workshop Downloader (link: {LINK REMOVED}
Paste the workshop link of the mods you're looking for in the search box that asks for it and that should give you the mod contents. You will have to insert the folder inside your mods folder within the game.

Just tweaked the required DLC stuff. See if that changed anything (because for some reason there's two different "Gods & Kings" and "Brave New World" DLCs)
