I was especially careful with naming this time. Oh, wait : it's a depandency I seem to have forgotten to add to the list :O
Unfortunately I have loading issues according to loading screen mod:
Assets that were not found:
Blastproof Awning.Blastproof awning_Data
Required in: 946277428.Blastproof bungalow B_Data
Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug
Maybe it matters, that I'm gaming on linux. So it could be a large-lowercase-thing within filenames.
Would be great if this could be fixed.
As for the real Bakersfield, given the schematic nature of towns in FO1 and the differences between our two worlds, you've got opportunities to get wild designs :) !
On the other hand, if you wnt all houses to come out in "sanctuary blue" instead of 4 colours, open them in the asset editor and set the "materials" thumbnail to your liking ;)
you might want to check this collection for wooden houses :)

Also, another author made a house (plus a whole good set of others) closely ressembling FO4 wooden houses :

I've got plethora of interesting designs by the same Adam Adamowicz I'd like to model. Also some personnal designs in the same spirit inspired by Hugh Ferriss' architectural studies.
