Just wondering if it is a common thing for many leaders to be missing from the game in this, and the ideologies of the countries having different popularites, for example france communism being 97% and 3% fascist

Would love to play this with other mods but the history files make it very uncompatible, anyway we could get a lite version whith just the laws and have an event set the starting laws for each country?
