I have a suggestion for a new mech arm, the predator cannon (from titanfall 2), doesn't have to have the mechanics of the weapon just has to fire like any ordinary titan gatling gun.

And I fired, and I missed, and I fired again and I missed. Then I fired again, and I hit something, but it was not what I was going for, so you could say I missed. Then I had a popsicle and passed out in space.

I like the idea, just don't like how long it is.

TBH this weapons actually balanced, it does 50 DMG a shot soooooooooooo yeah
i'd say 8.5/10 it might be a lil to expensive.

@Zelda - The second I noticed the "Hero" Mech body, I immediately thought of that Anime because Chucklefish love to do easter-eggs. It made my day.

@Canadian_Hobbit: As Mod Developer, It's possible to do all type of mods, but it will effect the gameplay.
Example. if you want mech legs are longer, It will have more height and collision is wider. Maybe it cannot fit into small hole or Mech Bay of your own station. And it's easy to get attacked.
This is why Chucklefish are design Mech are short. It's game design.

That's cool I guess, but I've never heard of Gurren Lagann in my life. I just want my mech in Starbound to look more like I feel a mech should.

Canadian, they're supposed to be short. All of the Mech's, along with the drill spear, are a reference to Gurren Lagann.

Is it possible to make longer legs for the mech? I've yet to find anyone do that and the mechs are way too short. The length of its legs while jumping is what it should look like all the time.
