wallpaper engine says to accept new terms here: https://help.wallpaperengine.io/mobile/workshop , allow me to use it on my phone via the android app

thank you for your work but please allow to be used on mobile too:

Mobile Usage Permission Required
The wallpaper cannot be exported to your mobile device because the wallpaper creator has
to accept the latest Steam Workshop Subscriber Agreement first.
You can send the following link to the creator and ask them to review and accept the latest
agreement, afterwards the wallpaper will become available for mobile devices:

I suggest if you have 2 monitors...use Water effect 13 (Light Sky)...it looks like from the 1st to the 2nd monitor the universe is flowing :D
