Report a translation problem
If you don't have DLCs, then you're missing out, I assure you. I WISH I had BNW.
You should try to un-subscribe this, and try re-subscribing it.
If that doesn't work, then you should do the same instructions, and then restart Steam. This mostly works due to common bugs to Steam.
1.) Quit Civ V if it's running.
2.) Unsubscribe from all mods* and quit Steam.
3.) Navigate to My Documents -> My Games -> CivV, and delete everything inside the MODS folder. Also delete the CivVModsDatabase folder in the Cache folder. (These files will re-download upon launching CivV, don't worry.)
4.) Re-launch Steam and re-subscribe to your mods*
5.) Launch CivV and navigate to the mod selection screen. All mods should begin to download after a few seconds.
*It's worth suggesting that the unsubscribe/resubscribe process can be made easier if you create a collection of your subscribed mods before unsubscribing in step 1, so as to sidestep having to search for each and every mod you have subscribed to to date.
