There is a distinction between this and dull razor though. With Maggy's Bow this is a health generator, helps trigger Immaculate Conception, allows you to convert health in the devil/angel super secret rooms, and lets you activate Whore of Babylon and other things that require low health (e.g. Adrenaline and Boss Trap rooms) in addition to all benefits the Dull Razor provides. So this is Dull Razor but better.

Eh, enough things trigger on health pick-up to make this interesting. As well, as being able to trigger black hearts.

I don't think this should have any charge at all.
Nor a one-use item.
Just unlimited charge...

In super secret rooms that have either black or soul hearts, will this be able to take red hearts and drop either soul or black hearts? Like you can do with the jar of hearts and super secret rooms?

I'll be honest: I had no idea the dull razor existed. Yeah, it basically accomplishes the same thing, just in a different way. Whoops.
