It removes madmilk/jarate/gasoline, slows, and marks targets.

There should be an effect where when you throw it the toilet roll rolls off of it. Like if you throw it on a roof and it then falls off of it, there should be a string of toilet roll rolling down.

I hope this gets added soon.

Throwing eggs at enemies faces will annoy them so much.

+ On throw, direct hit immobilizes enemies for 3 seconds
- Allies recently cleaned with the toilet paper take increased fire damage for 6 seconds (toilet paper is quite flammable)

When fired: Launches a roll of toilet paper.
Toilet paper roll does 1/2 damage as the cleaver, but slows the enemy
If the roll hits the floor, lays a slowing trap that lasts for 2 seconds when activated
This makes the scout a bit more of an ambush class.
