The reason why it may look a little low-res is because I haven't made a high-polygon version of the model. This is my first item set, and at the time I was still experimenting with the modeling tools and learning how to optimize the textures and all that. The hair looked fine to me (I didn't edit the screenshots above), but since you feel that it is a little too blurry, I'll keep your feedback in mind when making my next set.
I love the hair in this coif because it covers her eye, but it looks a little low res in the portrait in game. It looks great on the model but on the portrait it's a little jarring. Did you have to remodel the hair for the headslot or something?
I'm fairly confident that players will recognize Windrunner even with this hood on.
Its not matter of outright disliking it, I do like it, in fact. Its just that all female characters in DOTA2 are so overly sexualized, it would be nice to see something different on that area.
Anyway, keep it up!
