Is there any way to get rid of that pesky negative Birth rate? I got every thing possible that I can find for increasing population but my recrutible is only going up by 497 soilders a month.

von der Leyen is a warmonger? She isn't even a fucking military leader. She was literally the family minister of Germany before becoming the defense minister!

You should start with her in that position and then try to find some fucking way to removed her from office, so you can remove the -50% organization, -50% supply, -50% attack and -50% soft and hard attack debuff!
