They should be compatible with the separate Girls und Panzer civilization mods (the individual ones) or the Girls und Panzer Civilization Pack (the one that contains files for almost all the GuP civs) made by MEDIC! (alternatively, look for "Lordplane's Girls und Panzer Mods"). All these mods do is replace the XML file that has the diplomacy responses and text with my own. Nothing fancy like SQL or LUA.

So I don't believe they should break any mod (strong emphasis on "should").
