It is not going to be in game as far as I know. It is going to be part of a community mod update though, so check it out when it goes live and get some cool mods!

Nah, I think it needs some improvement. Don't take this the wrong way, it's constructive critisism. I think the head needs to be modified to look more like a bat, and the textures definitly need a redo. Needs that toy look that tf2 has.
