Came here to look for an update to this mod. Haven't played in a while. Just read its now in the game. Lol. Congrats man! :)

Really like the mod, just one suggestion, why not have it so that theres a slight chance of a fight happening when they play, or more a slight chance of an insult being thrown out and maybe starting a fight. Just a thought to maybe make it more interesting.

If you're having a wood shortage, I recommend something from Helpful Bot's "Increased Forest Density" mod collection. The predators might be a bit aggressive, but SOOOOO many trees......I've never tried it in a desert, tho........

That could be it. The card table is from CuproPanda's Additional Joy Objects.

It might also be a "card table"; I'm seeing that in my joy objects along with "poker table".

Huh, must of been a bug. I'll keep an eye on it, see if it's some sort of confclit with something.

@Kinjry does a thing, the poker table can already be made out of wood, stone, or metal. There is no cloth involved in making it (are you maybe confusing it with the billiards table?).

Small request. Would it be possible to stuff this? As in, allow for materials other than wood to be used? 100 wood is a LOT if you're on a desert map. Especially if you start tribal, you need that wood for cooking food.

Don't change the cloth cost though, that's fine. Just, allow the table to be made from blocks as well? or metals? Who doesn't want a gold poker table? right? :D

Love it! Had my colonists play like a competition of sort and the same guy kept winning! (Or hes hogging the table, but still)

i like this mod but i think there sould be a system where the pawn that wins poker gets a random item from the others inventory .. or at least gets more joy

Apparently they didn't like the chairs I had placed... Odd.

Tested Pawns Play Poker and it seems to have no issues.

@Anonymous Loli, apparently there was a hotfix tonight and some mods have been affected. :/

for some reason my pawns are not using any additional joy objects. This mod, or another that I've got installed.

It would be hillarious if your pawns occasionally played strip poker at the table. LOL

Just a suggestion I'm gonna leave here! A 4x4 version of the table that is slightly larger and could provide a slightly higher boost? Even if not I'd enjoy the larger table for visual and utility reasons.

You'd figure with the western undertones of the music and the cowboy hat included in the vanillia game that they would include this. Thanks for doing so!

It'd be cool if there was a joy item where you can gain currency whenever you had visitors visiting to play.. And the likelihood of winning would be dependant on your pawn's skills. Just a thought to throw out there.

I've now updated this mod to the latest build release. :)

@lilwhitemouse, its works, the version is just slightly out of date because of the developers slight daily tweaks preparing for the official release. Just gotta enable it in the mod menu and its good to go

RimWorld says it's not for this version?

(It would be cool if pawns had the possibility of haivng a "sore loser" trait - either explicit or hidden? that gave them the possibility of a debuf sometimes when they play games)

Hmmm....that's *true*. Given how often they play chess alone, I kind of figured it was solving chess problems ;p

Horseshoes aren't typically played for monies....not that they have much to bet, do they?
