False alarm, seems running the mod along with this mod: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=308753229&searchtext=metro+mod causes the issue to happen, sorry for bothering.

This starts spamming non stop once a gas mask is picked up, from that point forward, at the bottom left is a oranged out version of the gas mask icon with no key prompt, any attempts to press the key to actually put the mask on seems to not work.

Currently seems to be non-working/causing script errors sadly.
