I'm actually kinda impressed with the work done on this one. Making it a Nano-virus as opposed to a neurax worm sounds like it took a lot of extra work and I like the unique mechanics of a nano-virus that can't win by brute forcing symptoms. Also, I wouldn't fret too much about the future of this utopia -- scientists capable of creating this epidemic are probably capable of finding a way to create fruitful yuri. They just might be a bit more moe about it.
