I found an article. It sad the they typically had 4/floor. The bigger ones and those that are corner-built is up to 8/floor, but depends on their plan. And a lot of them had been rebuilt since.

Anyway, thanks for these great assets.

dunno, maybe 4-5 / floor

Have you any idea how many homes this kind of buildings has in real life? Realistic Pop.-mod calculates 2-5 homes for each (even 0 for some...) what I cannot accept as realistic.

Oh wow...the detail. Beautiful work! I've been using your "old" assets for my city..but I think it's time for an "upgrade". These are definitely going on my Hudson/MohawkRivers map...Thank you for sharing!

I don't have a city yet so I was wondering with which assets I should start a new city. I will go with the reworked ones because they look better :)

These are really fantastic... you're doing a really excellent job....

The new ones are high residential, so you would "lose" all grown brooklyn areas if you unsub to the old ones.

But as of today, the new highresidential set reached L4 and you could theoretical unsub to all lowres buidlings, sub to the highresbuildings and regrow the areas in your city.

Maybe create a testcity and grow a few blocks of old brooklyn and a few blocks of the new one and compare the looks on each Level. If you feel like it is an improvement to you cities and you like the looks of it, you could "replace" all lowres areas with the new highres ones.

So there is no need to unsubscribe anything? Only asking because my asset count is rising fast and I felt like unsubscribing the old ones ('Nightlights') to fix that, since they seemed the same as the Reworked ones.

Hey Tim,
the rework is not so much about particulary buidlings (some buildings got updates though) but more about reworking the entire setup. I vastly increased variety by adding some once commercial exclusive buildings as residentials and by duplicating each building (So a 3 story will now appear on L2 and L3). Also I'm using Mr Maisons trees for decoration.

The Idea is to combine all my NY buildings into one theme and also make it more "natural" and brooklylike.

You have so many growables at the moment! Are we supposed the old ones? And what are the main differences between the originals and the reworked ones?
Anyway, thanks a ton for making these!
