Bid markers drop error upon use and cannot be used at all.

5/16/17 changes:

Added snap points for marking ownership of Real Estate cards. (Use Bid Markers)
Updated Bid Marker tokens using a Meeple-O-Rama token.
Updated all snap points on the game board for use of the new Bid Marker tokens.
Loaded a different table so the tokens don't get lost by blending in.
Loaded a different background.
Made Market Share tokens non-stackable so it's easier to keep track of points in bank.
Loaded a new model for the player banks.
Made token bags infinite.
