Not quite, it's the Junkers Ju-52 as the Title suggests. It's a german transport plane. To be honest it looks quite like the italian SM.79 .

2. Yes, this is a one speed only.
3. I wouldn't call it "standard plane controls" but I know what you mean.

TG for pitch, FH for roll, and RY for yaw are the standard plane controls
there is no standard for speed control tho

although I had some struggles with the controls (I am more familiar with 2 handed control), it flies very well! besides that, looks very detailled. Good job!

a little advice: manual trimming is a little difficult to manage, so I recommond using it only when necessary.
