I've also added a screenshot of the map selection to the list here now.

I tried testing this myself from scratch, but am not managing to fully uninstal the Map. It keeps reappearing, perhaps because I'm the author. The games map support does not strike me as solid ATM, so not surprised you run into issues.

If you go to C:\Users\j\Documents\My Games\Offworld\SteamCloud\Maps, where you replace "j" by your user and "C:" by the drive you're using, is the map there?
