do you know how hard minas tirith/gondor would be to make???
*SIDE NOTE* watched the Fellowship of the Ring again today.Weather Top is such a cool looking place.
Not sure if it will work, but hopefully that argument will buy you some time, I will probably not even play this mod, just trying to help out, I am working on a Alagaësia mod (we got authors permission though) which is as big as this, so I can relate :)
Gl hope it survives

And if you like the look of the mod, and want them to keep up the work plz show your support at

If enough attention is brought to the killing of this awesome mod by Warner brothers, maybe we have a chance to save it ;)
1- In the middle of swamps north to Morthal, over a little mountain that needs to be crated with the mod.
2- Over the mountain in the middle of Whiterun Hold (between Whiterun and Rorickstead)
3- Over the mountain in the middle of Eastmarch's volcanic swamps. But this place can bring some troubles because in this mountain there are also a powerword wall with a dragon.
I recomend the first place, because the Weather Top was in the middle of a swamp, in the way to Rivendell ;)
like adding a secret trapdoor leading to a dungeon with an epic boss
