This is the best mod for flyer Ive seen!, and I try a lot of them, thanks for the great work.

I dont know if you are interested on adding features, but I will comment the ideas anyways...
Would be nice to have a multiplier for flying up and other for flying down,
then we can make our own skydiving dinos from config, no sound no effect just speed tweak,like
FlyUpSpeedMulti=0.5,FlyDownSpeedMulti=2.0

@JuanCarlos: Spawn Codes added to Discussion. Crafting costs is a lot of work. So I wont add this for now. Please use google and the class name you now can find within the spawn codes.

Should still work. But also still has some bugs.
You need to build an Genetic Transmitter in order to make the implants work. If it is working the speed percantage (stats of dino) of the ptera should go up.

Hey, is this mod still working? we equipped our pteranodon with the implant (as costume), but he isn't able to walk backwards, not sure if he is faster too

we didn't changed/added anything in the GuS for this mod

@Lao: It's not working because "DinoCharacterStatusComponent_BP_Phoenix" isn't a child of "DinoCharacterStatusComponent_BP_FlyerRide"

@McBane, I'm trying to make the Phoenix in my mod compatible with Genetic Implant. as far as I can tell, the Phoenix is a rideable flyer. Its speed is locked, it's flagged as a flyer in the devkit, etc. However, the implant won't increase the speed. It will allow us to change the rotation, but not the speed. Any thoughts?

Also, like Lin said, some birds tend to become dumb with the implant in them. If set to follow or attack, they'll fly off in a straight line :(

Hello @McBane, our server has been having a problem with Griffins with genetic implants basically fleeing from their owners when on follow. Have you heard about such an issue?

Sorry. But as long as I'm not able to reproduce this. I cannot do much about it. This only happene once for me so far and it was on game exit. It never ever happens in DevKit.

I want you to know, that I'm still at this. It's just stuck at some issue in this mod at the moment, which prevents me from making progress. I also still don't get the crash described. A world context object could be just everything. I assume a update against the newest devkit (once I make progress again) will solve this....

Additional Info: User says, this error occured on Ragnarok where he didn't even possessed such a costume but only the implant.

hmm...Hard to reproduce. Maybe I need to increase the initial delay on equip even more. Also the mod still doesn't work as I would like it to work. My goal is to let the server do all the work. At the moment I'm forced to let both sides do the same work becasue they don't talk enough with each other. This results sometimes in asynchronous stats between what the server thinks the cleint knows and vice versa.

I didn't mentioned it, but I also tried rejoining the server. Still no issue. But I'm not sure which kind of transfer you mean. Do you mean transfer of an item or joining a server via transfer?

The game crashing not always when you join the server. Often, but not always.

What you test is also no problem: D
If an animal has attracted the implant / costume, and you re-join the server (or transfer), the game crashes.
If you are successful on the server, there are no more problems. Then you can do what you want, everything works. The crash is only when you enter the server.

Well, wait. I have to revert my previous comment. Stupid me forgot how my own mod works^^ I didn't build the Genetic Transmitter on testing :D

Now that I've build it, I can't reproduce your bug. I've cheated in a costume (bone quetz) and equipped it on the quetz. Everything was working fine. Well at least no crash. But I already relized (some time ago) that reverting back the speed on unequipp isn't working correctly.

The mod seems to be completely broken at the moment. Unfortunately as long as wildcard don't updates the devkit I can't do anything. Thy didn't updated the devkit since v257.45. So thank wildcard for their ignorance :P :D

Players report that they always get crashes when logging in or using server transfer. Is an implant / costume nearby the player then the game crashes (Client Side). This message comes from several players. The problem has existed since Ark version 260.0

The damage attitudes I know - with Health is me new, thx. I use the implant but differently than you might think. On my servers you can not build it, but get it through certain activities. Here it would be good if I could install for Health and Damage a bonus only for the players who have the implant. :)

Regarding your question about health and damage. Following official options just came to my mind. No need for me to implent this.

Damage:
- DinoClassDamageMultipliers
- TamedDinoClassDamageMultipliers

Health:
- DinoClassResistanceMultipliers
- TamedDinoClassResistanceMultipliers

Yes every player/tribe. I first was creating it as global structure but then I decided to make it every team. This makes the structure fit better into the mod.

Regarding the 5s check. We will see. But the speed check before this update was every 0.2s. So if you didn't had any performance issues so far I guess this is OK. But keep in mind that all things wich this mod is doing are done by the client and server. Not only the server. So if there is a low performance client, this client maybe has issues.

Does each player have the Genetic Transmitter, or is it enough if it was built 1x on the server? And "permanent 5 Second check"? I hope this does not need so much performance ;)

Thanks. Nice to hear it works. At the moment I'm not sure if I will add more Options. I didn't had much time the last weeks for this project and there are still bugs I have to resolve. For example: flyers (client side) forget walking backwards after some time. When this happens thy still move backwords but it looks like they are teleporting (no animation).

Hey. Really super mod, I use them longer on my servers. Brilliant! Will you add more values to adjust? For example: health and damage. That would be great :)
