@knight mannn
It's a collection of buildings if I recall, so total size is 25mb with maybe those on average being 5mb or smaller. Hope that answers your question. Happy building.

5mb or 25mb?

@sibie
Added if you wanna chat some more. Happy building.

@BrowncoatTrekky
Thanks for checking. I figured it was part of the design. I did find a wall that looked relatively close and is looking good :) I'll definitely check out the observatory!

I always find LA 'interesting' (I live outside Seattle, so when I say 'interesting' that in itself is interesting. LOL) However, I am in the process of retiring. I had a really successful career in music but experiences like the Grammys and such, especially when it comes to how colleagues behave - even more so after you win one - left me feeling ambivalent and ready to move on. I can honestly say building cities in Cities: Skylines is definitely therapeutic!

Still working and was going to test later. Sorry it isn't a standalone prop. We completed this project what feels like ages go. Was a privilege to also commission the Griffith Observatory. Worth searching on the workshop. Wishing you continued success in LA :vulcansalute:

@BrowncoatTrekky
I just realized the wall is actually part of the soundstage set of three. Though is would be great to find a similar wall to continue the wall. This is the wall I am speaking of:

I love the Warner lot. While I am in LA for work often, I have not been to the lot in a couple of years, so this brings back great memories. Here is the image with the wall I was referring to. It is the small wall that separates the soundstages.

@sibie
Thanks for the feedback. Cool you worked in the neighbourhood. Believe I've seen several bungalows on the workshop, and several trailers for actors made by other creators. Please link me a screenshot of the wall so I can help you find it. :vulcansalute:

Fantastic set! I have been to the Warner Bros. lot often for work, and was delighted to see this here. The main building is great and true to life, as Warner is a bunch of bungalow style offices that lead to the soundstages. On the side is the lot, with an 'Anywhere USA" area, boasting a central plaza/park often seen in TV shows like the 1970's Fantasy Island, which is still very much there, and it leads to side streets with house facades and a New York style street. The current TV series 'Lucifer' has been filmed quite a bit outdoors on the warner lot.

I know this set is a bit of a mishmash of varoious studios, but I wish there were a few smaller beige-stucco bungalow style offices to place alongside the main building. One question I have for you is, what wall did you use in between the soundstages that face the outer street?

@E4Kelton
Awesome. Happy building. Merry Christmas. :vulcansalute:
E4Kelton 24 Dec, 2021 @ 10:16am
Oh never mind. I think because i tried to search "studio" instead of stage". I found them.
BrowncoatTrekky 24 Dec, 2021 @ 10:01am
@E4Kelton
Please confirm. You cannot find the buildings from the picture underneath the description while using FindIt or in any of the 6 unique building tabs? They will be under "Stage" if you search via the FindIt mod.
E4Kelton 24 Dec, 2021 @ 8:56am
I mean the studio assets are not on my workshop list. The water tower, main gate and main building are there but not the actual studios.
BrowncoatTrekky 24 Dec, 2021 @ 4:55am
@E4Kelton
Majority of buildings can be found under your Unique Buildings tab, otherwise please use the FindIt mod. They are there. Happy building.
E4Kelton 23 Dec, 2021 @ 8:53pm
The Studio assets don't appear on my asset collection
BrowncoatTrekky 24 Jul, 2021 @ 7:26pm
@yomtvzac you can use FindIt instead. The mod being required and not running it during your game will not hinder you from using these assets. Simply search for these assets using FindIt and you will FindIt :RelicII:
yomtvzac 24 Jul, 2021 @ 7:19pm
@polygon can you switch from "More beautification" to "Find It" I realllyyyyy want this but more Beautification is outdated. Thank you!
Polygon  [author] 16 Jun, 2021 @ 9:37am
very nice, thanks for sharing! :)
CydonianKnight21 26 May, 2021 @ 9:41pm
someone use these assets and rebuild it as a parklife park or industry
BrowncoatTrekky 1 Jun, 2019 @ 10:30pm
At the time @kordoc it was a mix of 2 Lane Avenue in Next Roads with Network Skins to change the trees, and an older road colour change mod as well.
kordoc5 1 Jun, 2019 @ 6:46pm
Whats the road you used in the screenshots?
Nickvet419 9 Mar, 2018 @ 2:00am
Makes for a fun area http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1324941317 but would like to see some more studio assets made for this set.
Nickvet419 17 Dec, 2017 @ 2:10pm
Was there ever any fake facades made?
Troubadixx 17 May, 2017 @ 1:23am
Polygon  [author] 11 May, 2017 @ 4:47pm
The double building is included in the Studios Pack. I have called it „Main Building“ and placed it twice. I created the park by myself, possible with More Beautification and Prop Line Tool . I used the Manicured Grass Decal and Flower-White .
spartanflame 11 May, 2017 @ 2:36pm
Thank you @BrowncoatTrekky
One more question: the little park and the double building at the bottom right of the pictures fit great with the setting of the studios. Can anyone tell which assets these are?
Polygon  [author] 11 May, 2017 @ 4:58am
I think the concrete texture is from the arid beauty map theme. You can choose different map themes with theme mixer .
NeysAlison 10 May, 2017 @ 7:09pm
how to change concreat [walkway] texture ?
surf2explore 10 May, 2017 @ 5:49am

BrowncoatTrekky 8 May, 2017 @ 7:07am
Hey @spartanflame please try the Prop Snapping by BloodyPenguin.
spartanflame 8 May, 2017 @ 7:04am
This mnay sound so stupid, but how do you get the billboards on the wall. I tried with Move it and other free placing tools and seem not to be able to get it right.
mjm92150 7 May, 2017 @ 9:32pm
Ouah ! C'est génial de faire partager cela. Un grand merci, c'est juste... magnifique !

English verse (sorry for mistakes) :
Wow ! It's great to share with us ! A great (or big) thanks, it's just... amazing !
BrowncoatTrekky 7 May, 2017 @ 5:20pm
Hey @2real. There is something in the works for that with other artists who wish to further compliment the work of Joak, DeCzaah, and Crazyglueit. Keep an eye out and stay tuned.
TheLoneBrit 7 May, 2017 @ 4:10pm
Amazing work! Thank you. Been waiting for something like this to come out for a long time. What would also be awesome is studio props, like lights, cameras, sets e.t.c. so we could make backlots :-)
noobified 6 May, 2017 @ 9:40pm

Thank you for this. In the past I've tried to create my own studio with warehouses and small office buildings but it was always missing something.
Polygon  [author] 6 May, 2017 @ 11:31am
Hey thank you all. Yeah I was also thinking that a filmstudio is missing. So here it is :D
