I can't fix the missile algorithm. All we can do is wait for the official patch.

I think higher speed is good.. Thats the main problem we have with missles because they dont retarget very fast.

Good, but perhaps a little too much. I'd suggest taking away the bonus to armor and shield damage from larger missiles. As they are now, with the increased hull, speed and damage they are better than the other main weapon types.
