the white mage and conjuress are not working for me when i select either one they jump down the ladder and disapear and the game locks up

No, the leprechaun NPC can't attack. This uses all of the NPC's abilities. Leprechaun is really weird, but kind of fun for a different kind of run.

Download the modding beta, and subscrbe to them on the workshop. Activate the ones you want ingame.
