NEW update just for altis map. try it out and report any bugs, fixes or suggestions before i export it to the other maps.
this might be the last update i make of this style of game. comment on the altis page

BIG CHANGES 1.4.5
*added mk6 mortar and ammo box for manual use only
*added all project opfor units for a more random enemy
*switched the SAF faction to our side
*added new ace fuctions with the new config
*added whale vehicle transport to the ALIVE support
*NO music when logging in (FINALLY)
*added back headless client support
*added defibrilator and splits that actually work
*added all new vehicles from rhs and new vanila DLCS
*added new groups 4 full squads, 4 tank squads, 2 sniper teams and helicopter and figter pilots
*added loadouts to all units, no need to make new loadouts for new players
*removed asr ai3 in favor if vcom ai but not integrated so any ai mod can be used

When i edit the map in my documents with pbo manager. When i go to play it it just doesnt use that pbo anymore and downloads the steam version again. How do i edit the steam version its in a bin not pbo

Got the mission open with PBO manager, Cant find the file for the start parameters. Looked through each file thourogly, what is the correct files name?

The only thing i dont like about liberation is the parameters never save, everytime i close the game i have to reconfigure the parameters again. Is there any way to do this perminantly?

this should be the last update REPORT ANYTHING WRONG

BIG CHANGES 1.4 (hope it is the last)
*fixed alive supports in dedicated server (I hope)
*added drivers and pilots at the begining easier to find
*FOB can be build near markers now (inside towns to build defenses there)
*increased the enemy count a little.
*added ASR_AI3 back!

doesnt matter the position you are in, use ace to become the leader and if it doesnt follow orders is cause u r too close to a building when it spawned ort smth

So I figured out how to get one AI recruit, however, two issues;

1) seems I'm only able to recruit one AI.
2) when I recruit the one AI, he's in the first slot (F1) and I'm in 2nd slot (F2) and seems he does not follow any commands. Just stands there, acknoledges the command, but does not move.

I'm set as commander/squad leader. What am I missing?

Thanks for the reply! How do I go about recruiting AI team members? I walked around the FOB at initial deployment and couldn't figure it out.

Looks like the FOB is already deployed when start the mission. If not what command to deploy the FOB? There is nothing I could see under the scroll wheel commands.

you can have a squad up to t0 ppl and if u are commander u can control over squads too

When spawning as commander at command base player starts several meters in the air. Also redeploying kills player as well. Not sure if it's fall damage or something else. Always starts with first FOB built regardless of setting.

*removed ASR_AI3. The resource demand with this mod active is too high, specially when reinforcements appear.
*Medics now can use the PAK anywhere but one use only. going to need more from the med vehicles.
*fixed spawning with gear to skip the arsenal (choosing gear while deploying).
*fixed alive supports using gas (resource) if you dont call them.
