I should probably just remove the 6 slot ones to make it less confusing since every monster has 5 of each and not the number based on how many they have in the actual game

It was my mistake actually, I didn't saw there were monster sleeves with 10 sides, that would of made total sense why the monsters are labled from 1-10.

Yeah, so in the actual game you randomly draw a monster cut out and then put it on the appropriate base and then the number corresponds to where you put health and status. In order to avoid having to rename things, I just made the first 5 elite and the last 5 regular. They go in number order during the monster turn, but elites always go before regulars anyway, so the current numbering does not matter, unless you need to add more than ten, but there is 10 of everything you'd just need to change color base at that point. @Kana, so from what I understand I should just rename the monsters in play, with some random numbers from 1 to 6, just to keep track of them. Thanks!

@GabrielM There are less of some monsters as far as i am aware. I don't think there are more than 4 of Inox Shamans for instance. That being said, ctrl+c ctrl+v if you need more, and i just re-tint the bases if need be. Elites go before the normies anyway

There is a problem with the monsters from what I've seen (not a big one), though I might be mistaken, since I don't own a copy of the game, the elites are labeled from 1-5 and the regular monsters are labelled from 6-10. Shouldn't it be 3 of each, labeled from 1-6, since there are 6 spaces on the monster sleves? Am I mising something? Can you track monster number 8 for example on the monster sleve? I`m totally noob at this game so sorry if this question is stupid :)

@all, all monsters are now in the mod. I also added the monster attack deck to the monster bag on the table. I've also added the Merciless Overseer and Inox Bodyguard, so you should be able to play at least Scenario 1-10.

@Vortelf, Thanks, one of my goals this weekend is to get the last monsters uploaded and i'll move a copy of the monster modifier deck to the monster deck on the table. The All Items bag is supposed to be for emergencies if you've deleted something without having to reload the table.

Hey, your mod is really great but core thing is missing - the monster combat modifier deck.

Do you know any place to get the victory & event card list? I can do the legwork and avoid any spoilers for you. The game seems to be out of stock absolutely everywhere.

@Heavy_T_Tanner, Highly recommend you play the Kickstarter scenarios. There is no need for road/city events and no need for the map. Also in the main campaign the map board is just nice to have but serves no real purpose. There are plenty of very nice PDFs and Excel sheets on BGG that can track everything you'd need.

So it seems like there's no way to play the game without any event cards or a map table? This is really disappointing, I can't drop $250 on a game that I won't see any play since I have no one to play games with IRL.

Now I can play my physical version of gloomhaven alongside absent friends... and we no longer have to use a webcam! I hope assets for the non-starter classes will begin to appear soon :D

@Kiwi I figured as much, but thought I'd ask anyway. I've actually got access to additional stuff you dont have here (for example, reddit has some poor quality image lists of the locked classes), but the big block for me right now is the City/Event deck and the deck for character quests; those are both pretty crititcal to the over game. The map is less so - after doing some research, the map and sticker stuff can just be done with a spreadsheet or notepad, its not actually necessary to the game, its more fluff than anything else. After those, its the envelope contents and the locked class boards that are the big deal - though tbh, I have my doubts those will come up before our copy shows up in the mail. Id be pretty surprised if we unlocked any classes before Oct, even playing 2-3 times a week like we are now.

@ABigHairyMonster - I actually made some of the parts (Bandit Commander is one) with the fonts and images that Isaac released. I'm in the same boat as you, waiting for my copy from the 2nd printing. I finally have some time off today to look at some of the missing items and try to figure that out. Most of the game boards that are missing are the ones I don't have a custom shape for. I'm not a 3d artist, but I was going to try my hand at it after finding some tutorials.

@Kiwi - I dont suppose you have the rest of the parts uploaded privately or something for personal use? My group of friends paid for a copy of the 2nd printing, but ofc its not coming til like late Sept/Early Oct. While we could wait til then probably to make our own tiles for the locked classes (since I assume it'll be awhile til we get there in the campaign), we do not have the city/road decks or envelopes, and theres at least 1 map tile and a creature missing from here. (Tile K, and the fire demon). Obviously we could work around that, and just play without them, but we're kind of hoping to find someone who has at least images available for private use that we could use as a reference - even though we did spring for a physical copy, TTS has been great since the group of us live all across the city.

@KaiserBacon, the unlockable character boards are not included. This only includes the starter characters and the ability to play the first 2 adventures from the main campaign and the 10 kickstarter adventures. Isaac (the creator) does not want Gloomhaven as a whole on TTS and I want to honor that but still provide stuff for folks to play.

There should be one in each monster bag. If not, there is a bag in one of the corners of the table that has a copy of everything that is out on the table. Look for the bag that holds all the monsters and it should be in there.

When I try to drag l2 onto the table it bring up the custom box automatically and says "WWW error: model not found" in the preview image when searching the bag it show the image but it's just a circle, not a rectangle. Also the grid being vertical isn't perfect, but if you fiddle with it you can get them to line up better than horizontal.

@Bobverse, so I'm not seeing any problems when I load up my copy of the mod. The only 404 I'm getting for tile I2 is the mesh, the image is here: http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/83721528738748685/59D2289094236A1C3AB6EFDBA85527E0374BB9F8/ You can copy and paste that and put it in the diffuse/image link when you right click > custom on I2. Also, I'm not seeing the grid going horizontal helping at all. I'm still getting the gap.

Bobverse, thanks for the heads up. Most of this stuff I took from Isaac when he made the KS scenarios. I added a few of the tiles, so I'll look at I2 and try to figure out why it's not loading. I may have to make the template myself and upload it to imgur like some of the others. I also need to update the living corpse stat card.

Great Job here, I hope the creator releases it officially on tts, I wouldn't mind paying for it on here. One thing I did notice, the character cards are a bit hard to read, the text is jagged. I found that simply upscaling the card resolution to over 2k pixels width made it much easier to read.

Needed to set the Hex grid to vertical to have the map tiles snap properly to each other. Also Map tile I2 is not loading in.

@nighthaven; I won't be adding the city cards or hidden heroes in order to avoid spoilers. Also, Isaac doesn't want the whole game on TTS, in order to keep his wishes and be able to keep this up for all to use, I won't be adding more until he does the stretch goal scenarios. On top of that, I just got in to this game with the 2nd printing kickstarter, so as of now I don't own a physical copy of this game.

I didn't think about it that way, but this would make sense as a base mod that evolves over time rather than loading and recreating your hands, etc. Good point!
