I encountered a glitch where I was in the devil room and tried to get a modded active item (named "Demon in a bottle") and then, instead of the magpie on the pedistal, it was headless baby. I don't know what caused it.

Seems a little on the OP side for a multiple-use-per-room spacebar item, but it's a cool idea! I'd maybe make it a devil room exclusive. Does the damage increase with BFF?
