+charge "hype" while walking
+when hype is ready, press alt fire to charge forward (like the chargin' targe)
-25% damage penalty
-15% slower fire rate
-20% charge bash damage penalty, if compared to the chargin' targe
-no random crits

The model looks great, but the textures seem a too bit flat and clean, even for TF2's style. That aside, thumbs up for promoting Shotgun Heavy, most glorious Heavy in all of team.
