Great building. Missing link to asset Palm Planter1.

No this is for all my buildings, when you don't have rico they will act as normal buildings in suitable categories. :)

Thanks Kliekie! I had no idea. I am quite new in this game. Does the same apply to all buildings that are marked as "rico" here?
that i can still subscribe to buildings, eventhough i am not using rico, and they will show up as normal growable ones?
I thought that you MUST have ploppable rico installed to use these houses.

(my thought is then to copy them and place them where I want, if I want a distinctive style of houses in a district)

if you don't have RICO these houses will just be normal level 5 growables so no worries there :)

Awsome houses that I used to have in my city until RICO make my game crash. I simply can't subscribe RICO because every time I do that I get an error message. So my question is: Can I build these houses growable??
or do I need RICO to build them?

thanks

Great asset!

I realize this probably isn't the best (or 'right') place to ask, but does anyone know if the 'hotel' buildings are actually handled like a hotel, logic-wise? (as opposed to a residential lot)

Been a minute since I've played, so not quite up to all the improvements over the past few months. But soon as I saw these buildings, I immediately thought of a medium-sized tourist based city (ie: Myrtle Beach, etc); and the idea of using these as a kind of 'middle class' beach resort, would be awesome.

Regardless, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to your future works

Very clean job thank you :) I especially like the colours on 2nd one

@TehFocus: I turned that off because of stalkers. You can scroll up and right above the asset title you'll see "Cities: Skylines> Workshop > Kliekie's Workshop", click on the last option and you'll see all my assets.

I would really like you to make your steam profile public so we can see all your submissions. Another way would be to make a collection of your releases.

too bad after seeing videos from fantastic cities on yt I can't play this game anymore, mine ones are always crap and I don't have the patience/time to work on them from the scratch.

Oh. I'm sorry! Anyway thanks for sharig your great work! :)
Kliekie  [author] 22 Apr, 2017 @ 3:37am
It is RICO compatible, as the description says ;) There will be more of these, but first some more level 5 buildings to fill the theme, maybe afterwards I'll make some other levels too.

Thanks a lot! The vuilding looks great! But can you also make RICO compatibility? Would really appreciate! :D

Level 5 high residential? No thank you. Great model, but terrible choice of zoning type.
