Go left, look for the addons tab, in there look for the name of the addon, in this case its "wttiger2"

Why does everyone keep asking this? This is one of the most common questions I get, does nobody know how to load prop addons?

No, the wheels are not ragdolled, the suspension arms are. Use the track bones to adjust the track positions.

Where am I even supposed to get an M1A4 model?

The suspension is ragdolled, the tracks don't spin. That'd be pretty close to impossible to make. It'd be a physics nightmare

That is not possible. This model alone is already close to the workshop size limit.
I can make a collection with all of them, but that's about it.
