@Mudduk1 EVERYTHING is fixed now, the lightbar is back and you no longer need the Lighbar Addon ! Enjoy !

@Mudduk1 Well, All I can suggest you is to unsubscribe to all the requirements, go to your garry's mod folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons) and search for the requirements, delete them and redownload them.
You are probably right, Photon is bit wonky for people, personally mine is working fine.

Well currently, I think the photon engine is a bit wonky right now for me, some stuff is a bit glitchy. It usually resolves itself, eventually. I figure the no-texture I am experiencing is just part of this glitch.
