I barely ever comment on workshop content, since especially in FM I use so much of them. But I must comment on this one, and say that this is the best defensive tactic I've had in FM17, bar none.

I plugged this in going into the winterbreak, and terribly consistency marred by poor defense not being able to keep me in games. It took 7 games before I finally conceded a goal!

I'm scoring enough goals, but most importantly thanks to this tactic I'm not bottling games by shoddy defense!

Great tactic. Worked great with a very mediocre Nottingham Forest team to get them promoted first try and keeping them middle of the pack (with no roster changes) in the Premier league. If the cheap owners would give me some money...

So far two games and two wins, none conceded. Plays some brilliant football however long shots were a big problem.


All I did to sort that was put the IFs, F9, BBMs on 'Shoot Less Often' and there was some lovely passing and chances created.

Regarding training: Do you mean you train 1 week attacking and 1 week defending (and only those 2 cathegries interchanged) in general training or match preperation?

Sorry about the late reply. The mentality depends if the team you play against is better or worse than you if they are better go control if they r worse go attacking. For the F9 your gonna want someone with good dribbling and passing. ideally you want both Inside forwards to be fast with decent passing attributes. For training i normally 1 week attacking then 1 week defending and so on. if you want anymore help feel free to add me on steam. :P

Works really well, playing as Bari and have made it to the TIM cup quarters beating Torino and Fiorentina (4-1 as the visitors) using it and currently sit 2nd tied on points with 1st place.
