It is working. Make sure you let steam download from the workshop first before initiating the game.

I'm running out of ideas as well, maybe you could check if your folder isnt tagged as read-only, repack the vpk again, or try to save the mod's image as a PNG.

Ok so I'm at a complete loss. I created another .VPK ugc_create "C:\mods\fastdeath.vpk" "C:\mods\fast.jpg" "FastZombieDeathScream" "Make" I have triple checked that everything is correct but it still gives me "file not found". If I look at my workshop submissions there are 7 pages of blank submissions and only 1 sound mod that's actually gone through and uploaded.

I applied mine directly to a folder in the hard drive, so all I have to write before the file is "e:\mods\filename.vpk"

Make sure you are on the right directory, if you didn't mispel anything and if the files you are searching are indeed on the path you have written.
