There's no itempools.xml for this mod so it never shows up, and when I try to add one myself, it causes the game to crash upon starting a run. Unsubbing :steamsad:

Soul hearts are easy to find and a little harder to keep, I'm with keeping it as is! :P

I think the idea is that 3 soul hearts is the usual trade for one red heart in the game, like with Guppy's Paw and the Converter. It makes sense to me.

It's awesome, but 3 soul hearts? Better would be with 2.
