@Wolfpack 1-1 I doubt that this mod adds FPS issues on its own, since it is a very simple config mod using only the official game files.

Yes, just install the mod and move with the walking or jogging pace, it will show the animation.

I play mostly single player so I don't know how to make it work on a server, if it doesn't work.

Turn verify signatures off or add the key to your server list (have no clue how to do that)

The animation is a BI original from A3. It could be that the developers used the one (or similar) from A2, I don't know :-)

I'm sorry to hear that.. I still use it and it works for me. It could be mod conflicts as it is often the case.. Make sure you are in the slow walk - rifle lowered walking mode.

it did not change my walk animation or even the AI walk animation

Thanks for the feedback and when I checked PIR I see that you also responded there which is nice! Maybe they will look into it. I see that mod is very focused on animation so they might have some default classes in their mod that are not really doing anything but still overwriting my adaptation.

Seems like it's Project Injury Reaction (PiR) that's causing the issue. Not sure why that mod in particular seems to stop this from working but aside from that this works fine with everything else I have loaded.

That's exactly why I'm not understanding why it isn't working for me hahaha, I don't see anyone else having issues with it so I'm clearly missing something.

Definitely hitting toggle walk and lowering the rifle but it's just playing the standard animation for me. To be honest I'm running a lot of mods and I assume one of those has to be causing the problem. I've tried loading this mod last and first through the arma launcher but nothing seems to change. At this point I've just been disabling mods that I think could cause issues like idle animation mods/weapon animation mods etc. and trying to get results.
I'm 100% sure the mod works fine and I'm just having a dumb moment and missing something but if I do happen to disable a mod that's causing this to stop working I'll post it here for future reference ^^

It is a very simple mod with a basic overwrite of one class and uses official BI animation, so compatibility should be very high and I have not seen any issues yet.

Just to be sure: are you using it properly with slow walking and rifle lowered?

Hi NoBull, this sure does still work. The walk speed is indeed fast, at one time during development BI decided to increase the speed unfortunately. So to be clear: it is as fast as vanilla walking has been for a number of years.

and does this one have the problem where the walk speed is too fast? There was another mod just like this one but the walk speed was too fast and looked very strange...

My mod re-activates an existing official animation that was disabled. Unfortunately there is no standing version of this.

could this be a standing animation change too? i hate the default lowered weapon stance
