I use cheats to turn one independant nation into horses, the human childeren just broke immersion for me.
This fixes everything!
It's not so much the initial price that makes horses so costly as it is the amount of work it takes to care for them. Horses are extremely high-maintenance animals that require the kind of commitment that only serious owners stick to. By the way, I made Incitatus Master of the Horse this morning.
