Hey, any way you could make a mod that make's it easier to confederate as Brettonia? I've had 5 games in a row now where I've gotten all of brettonia except for one pesky faction that refuses to confederate with me even when I have 6 times their strength and they're at war with 2 other factions. (And no, I'm not in a pact with them.)
