Yes, I can do. Unfortunatelly I do not have ATS, and therefore can't upload mods to it. However, if you shop the game as a gift to me, I will note you as a donator in the mod descriptions in the ATS-version of this 9 mod series.

If you already finds the diesel to be expensive - simply do not sub to this mod then. Duh!

Sorry but I fail to see the point of this mod. Why would you want to make fuel prices a thousand times more expensive?
