Its why 4 is my favorite as well as 6.
Well with wars you expand and take over valuable ressources so its not at all like you say, especially in civ.
But what I mean is that in 4 with the Dawn of Mankind mod its extremely realistic about government form and such and you can do alot of those custom settings yourself and the AI knows how to use it too.
You can have no limit at all for example or set it to any number you want its neat.
How could one change the number of units? I want to make it only 2 units per tile.. thanks for your efforts!
1. the AI does not use this tactic. this is the annoing one, because it would be more balanced IMO if the AI did use it.
2. This mod completely breaks the great persons menu. I could not get past turn 35 on the game I played with this mod because I was unable to open the great persons menu to claim my first great prohphet .
