unfortunately, the mod cannot be evaluated in 2024 because of a damn mistake:Include file hlc_core\script_mod.hpp not found. although in my opinion this is the only mod for Norway in Arma 3

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue - I downloaded your mod, all dependencies, and it's crashing the game on startup with an error 'Include file hlc_core\script_mod.hpp not found.'. @Teddy Spelberg eneste workaround jeg har funnet er å disable signature check på server. Åpenbart bare noe man gjør på lukket server med gode venner.

Jau! Det er litt dårlig med framgang her, og det skyldes lite motivasjon og lite tid. Trodde jeg skulle kunne bruke tid på modden men dessverre ikke. Jeg vil ikke kalle den død, men heller ett fritidsforbruk som jeg kan drive med litt iblant.

There isn't too much progress her unforunately. Mostly because of my lack of motivation and time. I thought I could use my spare time but that wasn't the case. I would not go as far as calling the mod dead, but rather a project I could play with every now and then.

Hoping the creators are keeping up their good work. Been looking for a Norwegian mod for ages.

I however REALLY hope they dont make any weapon dependancies, as most weapons used in the Norwegian military can be obtained through the vanilla game, or through the RHS mods, which are near mandatory to any community. This will enable the mod itself to be used in many different ways and modsets without being "broken" due to overlapping weapons or other shit like that. One does not need to reinvent the wheel either. Perhaps get in touch with the previous mod maker for Norwegian gear, perhaps one can get some of his work, as he himself is not maintaining this anymore.

I watched some youtube video on norwegian armoured infantry, and we can see 2 Minimi LMG in a CV90's back. So I guess this organisation is the infantry/armoured infantry one.

This is about fottroppen, I still need to find the documents "Reglement for stormpanservognlaget, CV 9030N/F1" and "FR 7-0-4, Mekanisert infanteritropp i felt, Kavaleriinspektøren 2002, til prøve " and the last one "UD 7-4-5 Mekanisert infanterilag i felt, Kavaleriinspektøren 2002, til prøve".

As far as I know, the term "laserpeker" is used for IR pointer on the rifle.

Lagforer has 2 VHF radio and Nestlagforer has 1 VHF.
Lagforer, Nestlagforer, MG1 and MG2 has binocles.
Lagforer and Nestlagforer has "laserpeker", I don't know if it means IR pointer fitted on rifle or truly laser designator for precision guided munition.
Standard weapon is HK416 with aimpoint and grip, MG3 replaced by FN MINIMI or FN MAG for MG1, one pistol for MG1 (probably G17), 40mm GUR for grenadier.
All man in the squad carry ammo for the machine gun. MG2 also has secondaries barrel for the machine gun.

Also, the tank platoon has 4 men in 4 tank (Leo 2A4NO), and self propelled artillery (M109) has 4 guns in one platoon.

I found all these intels on norwegian army site and pdf wich you can read/download and found on forsvaret.com , milforum.net with discussion in norwegian, stormesk3.com blog/site

The other version I found in document "stormingeniortroppen" by Tore Olsen. In the document we can see a diagram talking about "Norsk fotlag (Forsvaret, 2011a, s. 10) and the squad is shown like this:

b) Two team, team "Gjeng A" and "Gjeng B". Team A has Lagforer, Lagssskarpskytter, GUR-skytter and LMG-skytter. Team B has Nestlagforer, Lagsskarskytter, GUR-skytter, LMG-skytter.

The second version looks more "americanized/britishized" version. This document is talking about stormingenior and structure in 2020, so maybe it is not actual foot structure but the 2020 structure, I don't know.

For foot squad orbat I found some differents versions depending on their role, but I don't find precisely what is orbat of CV90.

I found 2 general version:

a) One 8 men squad has 1 squad leader (lagforer), 1 second in command (nestlagforer), 1 machinegunner (Gaevermann nr5/ MG1), 1 machinegunner assistant (Gaevermann nr6/ MG2), 2 riflemen (Gaevermann nr 1 and 3) wich are AT specialist and so can transport M72 family weapons when necessay, 1 rifleman (Gaerverman nr 2) wich can transport some M19/M100 claymore, 1 grenadier (Gaervermann nr 4) wich can transport M19/M100 claymore too. The team is divided in two team, Lagforer and all standard gaervermann in one team, and Nestlagforer and MG1 and MG2 in the second team.

@markbebe Thank's you, I made some dificult research and here it is what I found (very hard to found when absolutly not nowegian speaking guy):
- 1 CV9030NO/NOF1 platoon has 4 CV90, each has one commander (vognkommandor), one gunner (skytter), and one driver (vognforer).
The foot squad (lag maybe stormlag/mekanisertlag) fitted in each CV90 has 6 to 8 man:
- 2 squad has 8 men
- 1 squad has 7 men
- 1 squad has 6 men

Why 2x8 squad and 1x7 + 1x6 squad on CV90? Because there is 1 troop on foot leader (fottroppforer), 1 leader assistant (troppsassistant) and 1 medic (sanitetsoldat), 3 more guys to transport, so foot squad are decreased. So I guess troppsassistant is in fact fottroppforerassistant, because I don't understand why put one leader assistant on foot when there one foot leader actually on the ground.

- I do think so but I am not 100% certain. But I can confirm that there is 8 men squads divided into two teams.
- Yes, the 8 men squads are linked to a CV90, and in a platoon there is 4 CV90's. I am not sure how the infantry is set or the ORBAT for the stablag, though I am reaching out to competent people regarding how the army works.

jeg har samme problem som killjoy54. den funker fint når jeg burker Sabre sin c-130 uten norgear

har trøbbel når det kommer til take off med C130, den spretter overalt når man taxer, så smeller det, men ellers kan jeg fly det om jeg starter fra luften og jævli kult konsept med å droppe ut kjøretøy og annet stæsj fra luften!

ser det er en som har laget norsk versionen av F-35. er det mulig at dere får den in i modden?

mulig å få med cv90 også? og kanskje riktig leo2. ettersom leopard 3 ikke er noe som blir brukt enda.
