Does it work on repentance+?

While this chaarcter still works in repentance, its sort of a "legacy character", so I dunno if bringing more attention to it would be wise for me. Then again, if someone wants to add it there, I dont mind. I also dont think this character has potential for a wiki, it doesnt add any items or anything, you could probably talk about the turrets but thats about it.

Ok, no problem. I know that updating old mods is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and you really should do it at your own pace, I'm in no hurry.

Honestly, this character has just been "made to work in repentance", not much has been upgraded as you may have noticed. There are probably a lot of rep interactions that are either missing or are not as exciting as they could be. I may give this one a pass someday to add the missing stuff but no promises as I no longer agree with a lot of decisions I made for my older characters so I would need to change way too much to be happy adding things on top.

Hey man, Can you upgrade the item compatibility of this character? This character is very creative and interesting, but his item compatibility is a bit behind, for example, he doesn't work with Spirit Sword and C section, , and his interaction with mother's sword is not satisfactory. In addition, some new map elements in sewers and mausoleums could be added to the character's attacks.

It's probably an incompatibility with some other mod, if you are able to point out with which mod, Im all ears....otherwise, just run this alone.

Every time I put a turret on a rock my game crashes, is this a known bug or something?

Im not able to replicate it, just spawned a turret on a marked rock and it didnt crash, if it does happen again try to check the seed for the run, or just toss me the log file of the crash and I'll take a look.
The code for this mod is pretty old, the api was updated multiple times since it was released so...yea, I'd say one or two random crashes are to be expected, then again, it's pretty hard to detect those so extra info is appreciated.

I placed a turret on a tinted rock, it immediately crashed my game, I have nothing else installed, and I placed turrets before that worked perfectly fine.

Maybe you could make lava turrets in the Beast fight?

Your english is completely fine and Im not a native english speaker either anyway, lol.
And, yea, tower defence is the main inspiration for gurzil, ofc. Btw, I just pushed a bandaid thing for the beat being unbeatable, you should now be able to spawn up to 2 turrets in the air on that fight, lol (maybe I can come up with something better down the line but no promises).

Hey, I found a problem in repentance ! there is nowhere to put turrets in the final battle! (The beast), with dogma there are walls but not on the other stage!

Glad you like him, it was quite the polarizing mod when it came out due to how slow his cleartimes are, but I do like him too, heh.

I mean a actual break, not sure if it's just something odd on my computer but when I go into ultra greed the retical is stuck in the corner, and on any other it's just on the left most side of the room. To be honest, I hardly care about the balance. If it's hard it's nice for a challenge, and if it's op then It's nice to have a break from said challenges. Sorry for the confusion

I'm not a fan of where this character ended up standing, balance-wise, either, at the time I just gave up on it tbh, due to the massive negative feedback I got, so I just went a changed the stuff blindly reacting to it instead of being true to what I initially intended.
If you remember it being different, it probably is because you played it before the changes....either that or you just got bored of the charatcer over time, which is normal. If you have any sort of feedback to give tho, Im all ears.

It may be conflicting with some other mod....I try to do my best so you dont need to disable other mods but, sadly, theres only so much you can do :( ,if you manage to pinpoint which one it is, please, let me know so I can make the necessary changes.

Sorry, I could play the game until I place a turret then my game crashed. It works when I have no other mods enabled so I'll play it like that

It does work tho, it must be a problem on your end, how it doesnt work for you exactly?. It doesnt appear in the character select screen?, you cant place turrets?, be more specific, "it doesnt work" doesnt give me anything to work with because, again, for me, it does work.
For extra info, this works for other mods too, try opneing the console ingame, if there are any errors with the mods you are running they will appear there. Just post those when you want to get your problem solved

It should be working, if it would be due to an incompatibility of some sorts (in which case it wouldn't work with the arrow keys either).
I do have a concept for a "mouse-less Gurzil" that I made do someday....but it's completely different than this one.
(moving the cursor with the arrow keys is just tedious and I wont do that since I dont think it's fun)

Is there any way you can make it so we can play without the mouse? It just doesn't seem to be working. Could you use the arrow keys to shift your target instead?

It is working, you can access it holding O on the start room (until your hp turns into red hearts and the "rainbow poop" sound plays) or by playing the challenge "The Training of Gurzil". Try that and if you experience any problems let me know (lemme know what happens too, like, does it crash?, does it keep using mana?). Also, try opening the console and let me know if you see any errors there, that could give me a clue of whats happening.

Listen, the mod works, if it doesnt work for you (specially if you deleted every other mod) it means theres a problem in your end, it can be mods it can be whatever....I have no way to determine the cause of the error you are experiencing if you dont give me any sort of info to work with. Open the console, look for errors there, make sure the game is updated, go look for the log file and look for errors there and give me anything you find there.

deleted my other mods its still glitched

My wild guesses would be that it's probably the cause of a mod merger, having way too many mods(they innevitably fuck one another when you have too many enabled at the same time) or maybe some weird undocumented incompatibility.
To get the real issue tho, open the console and look for errors, I bet there are a lot of them, they appear in red.
Along with the errors, on the leftside, you'll notice a file path, that path indicates you what mod is causing the error...try and disable those to see if the problem solves itself. If you just see yourself overwelmed by errors or dont know how to proceed, take a screenshot, upload it somewhere and paste the link here so I can check it.

I dont really make items, you'd probably have better luck reaching out for someone that does. Still, I dont normally take requests or do customized mods either, I already have a lot of stuff I want to make and not enough time.
