@lanceg02 Considering how recently the author's been around, I suspect it's current.
As other commenters have said, it was this mod. Please make a mention of it in the mod description, this is borderline game-breaking.

2. That's a very good question. I believe options that generate rulers for each county would in fact fill out the map which is often empty in parts of earlier dates. If not, they do get generated upon starting, but I believe that would work.
1. Is it working with 3.0 ck2 version?
2. If so, will shattered world option make it really playable - with all the map filled with rulers?

About the problem to change the date, you must change one day on the future to comme back one yeau on the past, it's hard coded.
