Doesn't fit TF2 artstyle, also we already have this item, besides it barely resembles the shape of a US helmet. Why didn't you just use the soldiers helmet as a template?

Maybe it's because the Soldier is wearing it backwards.

The helmet's textures really need to be dumbed down to fit TF2's art style.
Plus I think this helmet looks more Russian than American, especially from the front.

2 sec have you shaded soldiers skin colour to fit the helmet??? it looks a bit darker and smoother than normal

Nice man, maybe change up the text a bit though ("born to kill", a peace symbol, or something like that). And Canada was most certainly not in vietnam, although there were Canadian volunteers that serverd with the US army.

Its not offensive to me. My Uncle got shot there. Didnt die though. Although there may be wierdos that that might be offended. No vet who saw combat would play this because it is all so unrealistic and thus, somewhat offensive. If you keep that name it will be fine.

Dude below: Britain, France, Australia and Canada also were involve (it was a french colony).
On the other side there was China and Russia although they supplied weapons and ammunition rather that manpower.

The problem here is not only is it too realistic (camo) and thus breaks the art style, but it... looks like a reskin of the stalhelm. Also, tf2 is played all over the world, and vietnam is something america REALLY wants to forget. This would be very offensive to the vietnamese players, aswell as the american players.

dude below: The american M1 helmet has adopted in 1941, The name of the "contribution" is kinda unfitting but, It does fit the theme considering the camos on m1's have been used a long time.. I dont know about the writing or ciggies but sure these things didnt come distinctly from vietnam, america has been in a lot of wars this decade.

It may not fit since their not fighting in the Vietnam war, but atleast you got the time right (I think TF2 takes place during or after the vietnam war.) Unless it's before :D

You need to remove the malboro thing and make it something else. for copyright reasons valve can not add other trademarks in to the game, except if they want to be sued by one of the biggest tobacco companies out there lol. that is bad texture, TF2 color is solid one prime color, with manipulated shades, also the helmet looks like the "soldier's stash" reskinned
