I'm a bit late to this party, but I think It should me a motion based dead-ringer, so when you take damage, you cloak and drop a fake body, and then it works like the cloak'n'dagger, just with a shorter timer.

That would give it away though. So you'd need to be flippin FAST to get out of that spot and pray the enemy doesn't get you with an explosive.

I do not understand the whole card effect for this item. Seems more like a seperate taunt unsual or an effect for the whole set. However I really like it.

So, uh, how is that different from other Spy watches or a disadvantages? Isn't that what the meter is for? So that you have to wait until it is full?

The cloak meter on the watch is a bit hard to discern.
Try to make it more clear.

But they'll know when you die...

I suggest either remove the playing cards on cloak or make it also trigger on death as well

How about, it is automatically activated after you die and you have 50 max health. You can only use it one time though...
