Installed on WOTC -- not only did it not work, but it also broke my other previously-working mods 😄

Reoden - same here.

Is this not working with Holo Target? I've tried 2x, 4x, 6x speed and it seems to make no difference. Current settings:
+CustomAbilities = (Ability=Holotarget, Speed=6)
+CustomAbilities = (Ability=Multitargeting, Speed=6)
+CustomAbilities = (Ability=Rapidtargeting, Speed=6)

@Musashi
I've noticed something odd about this, that I'm not sure is the intention or not: I'm using Richards Classes, a branch of the LW Perk Pack and that has a Psi Op variant (called the Mage) that has access to Solace. When I'm fielding a Mage with Solace, any soldier in the Solace radius gets affected by the speedup, through their movement speed, and any other sort of animation (like firing a gun). Solace as is is just an aura anyway, so I'm just wondering if this was really the intent of the line in the mod or something that kinda snuck in.

I personally had to remove the line from the INIs because it got so jarring that sometimes the soldier would run quick as hell and sometimes not (though I guess it was a good indicator whether or not he was in Solace range).

"Also beware if you have slomo on a keybind cause this mod will overwrite
you slomo commands."

Does this mean if you have console activated, the + and - button won't do anything anymore?

not sure what the command for bladestorm is.. try add
+CustomAbilities = (Ability=Bladestorm, Speed=2.5)
One ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hammer 8. juni 2017 kl. 0:14
Can you add Bladestorm in there?

I've increased some of these individual actions to speed 4-5 but I notice no difference, what am I doing wrong? Is it a mod load order thing?

I think the Tactical Speedup mod worked for me, but I dont want everything fast, just picking up bodies and holotargeting to be about 3x faster than normal, which is why I am trying this mod instead of Tactical Speedup
meyerik 13. maj 2017 kl. 2:02
Zip mode meant to be off?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 10. maj 2017 kl. 23:46
That's not for me to decide but it speeds up the game more than the others. Like tactical speedup accelerate everything, quicker abilities only certain abilities.

Tactical Speedup > Quicker Abilities > Quicker Holotargeting
Every mod to the left incorporates the feature of the mods to right.

So tactical speedup is the "best" ?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 10. maj 2017 kl. 3:57
Thanks for catching that, was a copy/paste error from the Tactical Speedup mod. Changed that to 2.0 and added psi abilities.
SketchyGalore 8. maj 2017 kl. 9:32
Ah, it took me a while but I realized the problem was hidden in another ini in the quicker abilities folder, xcomgamecore.ini. "ZipModeTrivialAnimSpeed" was set to 5.0, which presumably means 5x speed! I set it to 2.0 and like it much more. So, with that little tweak, loving the mod!
SketchyGalore 7. maj 2017 kl. 18:42
After testing this mod, I noticed that my aim animations were going MUCH faster most of the time (like, almost instant). I tried to look through the ini settings but none of the abilities seem to refer to aiming, but disabling the mod made everything go back to normal (i.e. really really slow). Am I missing something?
This is a good example of what I'm seeing: https://youtu.be/-jeMxLVyPT0?t=23m23s
EDIT: After looking at a few more examples, it may be the "step out" animation, not the aiming itself? Not sure.

Thank you for this. Really saves alot of time.
Do you consider adding a speedup for psi animations?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 24. mar. 2017 kl. 12:04
Tactical Speedup > Quicker Abilities > Quicker Holotargeting
Every mod to the left incorporates the feature of the mods to right.
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 24. mar. 2017 kl. 12:02
No please understand that tactical speedup is like quicker abilities on steroids.
It includes everything the quicker abilities does plus let you define you default gamespeed.
Just use Tactical Speedup and you be fine.
LightenedDark 24. mar. 2017 kl. 11:43
Okay. So they do work together. Xcom2 feels so slow without these mods.

Thank you for these mods. 100% of the player base needs them.
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 24. mar. 2017 kl. 10:41
You can set the default speed in tactical speedup
LightenedDark 24. mar. 2017 kl. 9:16
No. I mean both this mod and tactical speedup mod...

I want x2 during abilities, and x1.25 otherwise
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 23. mar. 2017 kl. 23:31
Quicker holotargetong is included in taktical speedup
LightenedDark 23. mar. 2017 kl. 23:13
"It does not work well with my Quicker Holotargeting or Tactical Speedup mod"

What if I want both?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 23. mar. 2017 kl. 16:08
@LightenendDark
Tactical Speedup just does that, it also has the ability bases config integrated.
LightenedDark 23. mar. 2017 kl. 15:48
Musashi, this is basically the slowmo command that toggles itself on and off only during the animations of the listed abilities, right?

Why can't it work with Tactical Speedup of, say, 1.25x so that when not in an listed animation, the game goes from x2 back to x1.25? Can this mod support a generic .ini value of "SPEED_MULTIPLIER=1.25f" like your other mod?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 20. mar. 2017 kl. 12:26
Yes @NTMT
NoTomorrow 20. mar. 2017 kl. 12:16
Is this compatible with stop wasting my time mod?
ShinyPants 17. mar. 2017 kl. 8:05
Would it be possible to only speed up the ability's animation and not the entire game speed? It's just a minor issue, but I'd love it if it were possible
Andante 10. mar. 2017 kl. 9:31
Nice! I just really wanted the faster holotarget animation and faster run speed together.
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 10. mar. 2017 kl. 1:52
Out of curiosity what are you not liking about the tactical speedup mod? @Adante
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 9. mar. 2017 kl. 23:16
@Adante
Seems it doesnt work. But you could activate Zip Mode and then go to your xcom 2 config directory and edit XComGameCore.ini.
There set
ZipModeMoveSpeed=1.5
or more. This should do the trick.
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 9. mar. 2017 kl. 23:08
Update: Speed should reset to default after ability actiony now.

@Andante
Should work if you add
+CustomAbilities = (Ability=StandardMove, Speed=1.5)
to the ini. But i did'nt tested it.
Andante 9. mar. 2017 kl. 21:42
I really like your Tactical Speedup mod for faster movement. Is there a way to incorporate that component into this mod?
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 9. mar. 2017 kl. 8:22
Thank you guys @xor @willieshat
Deacon Ivory 9. mar. 2017 kl. 4:28
This is awesome. I'll give it a spin this weekend. Nice work as usual.
xor 9. mar. 2017 kl. 2:40
best mod 2017 <3
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 9. mar. 2017 kl. 1:32
Thx for the feedback, will have a look @Ganches
Ganches 9. mar. 2017 kl. 1:26
Okay so I gave this a test run to see how it feels and while I'm generally pleased with the results, it does seem to have some problems with transitions here and there. Sometimes it takes too long for the speed to go back to normal way past using the abilities and on a few occassions it doesn't seem to return at all until certain other actions occur.
Ganches 8. mar. 2017 kl. 23:15
Thanks. This is exactly what I needed!
ObelixDk 8. mar. 2017 kl. 17:06
must.. stop... subscribing...to... new.. mods... ARGH.. *clicks subscribe* ahhh.. much better :)
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 8. mar. 2017 kl. 13:03
Thx @Kexx
Personally i bothered by them all for taking ages to complete.
Kexx 8. mar. 2017 kl. 12:20
This is a nice addition. Thank you for making it. The one that really irks me, is the Grenadier reload. All others are fine, but that one takes no exaggeration, I think 4-5 seconds.
MaCC165 8. mar. 2017 kl. 12:13
allright ty
Musashi  [ophavsmand] 8. mar. 2017 kl. 12:10
The speed value is the multiplier. For example 2 means double the normal speed.
MaCC165 8. mar. 2017 kl. 12:08
how much faster is it?
MrBluedive 8. mar. 2017 kl. 11:52
Cool :-) !
