"Enemies of the Imperium, hear me. You have come here to die. The Immortal Emperor is with us and we are invincible. His soldiers will strike you down. His war machines will crush you under their treads. His mighty guns will bring the very sky crashing down upon you. You cannot win. The Emperor has given us his greatest weapon to wield. So make yourselves ready. We are the First Kronus Regiment, and today is our Victory Day."
I wish I knew what the problem could be.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Gl with your work!
:/
I wasn't before, but now: Thumbed up, favorited, and subscribed.
The map provided by Hasbro on AnimeCon (that's the source if I'm not mistaken) is not "canon" in the absolute meaning of this word because distance is messed up.
I'm not hating or anything like that, big brohhof for the effort, however if you want to create a playable map for Civ5, you need either to extrapolate the map having canon in mind or use one of several fanmade maps which are much more suitable for the game.
I think we can sacrifice the canon-ness of the map here for a minute and use some terrain that'll make gameplay more interesting.
Duh...
My point was that it's neither accurate as it was made to serve as an eyecandy for a convention, nor it works as an interesting map for the game itself.
What pains me with it is that it tries to resemble the map of NA, at least to some degree. There are much better fan-made maps that iclude fandom locations. Like the one I use for my writing: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/18184780/equestria.jpg (warning: it's huge)
World enlarged, unessisary natural wonders removed.
