@zombie:XML basically just is a form of syntax. Not complex at all. A simple tutorial should teach you the ins and outs within 15 minutes.

just a question, would it be possible to create a mod with just the music of tiberium dawn? I could provide you with the sound files :) I would do it myself, but I have no idea about rimworld modding :/
