Can you help me with making cooldown on command for example /raid can only be used every 10 minutes or smth ?

hey zero i like this i use it for my server but i wish it was /advert raid like so u could do /advert anything so its u no but maby u could make a simple advert system or something and notifies ppl saying someone has justy adverted

I haven’t updated this in a while, I can tweak it a bit. I should be usable in sandbox.
