UPDATE!!!!!!!

-fixed rigging so now when what ever hat is equiped, where ever the hat goes the eyes go with it.

-Centered pupils in the "eyes" to reduce cliping when moving around lots.

-Added new texture style so eye brows are now paintable.

I somewhat think that there should be two styles, one with paintable pupils, and one with paintable eyebrows.

This needs jiggle bones similar to that of the Pyro's googly eyes, and maybe some jiggle bones for the eyebrows. Nonetheless, looks cute. :P

this is probably the only hat ive actually truely ever wanted in this game. valve please do us a favor and add this to the game or i will travel over there myself and allow this into the game
